Fee Rates & Insurance

Overview

The psychotherapy services offered through this practice are representative of the research, knowledge, and expertise,  offered by each clinician.  The following fee structure indicates the rates for our fundamental services.  

Note:

A receipt will be provided for each session that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement or used as part of your medical expenses on your income tax.

**Assessment reports are billed separately.

Special Disclaimer: A sliding scale may be considered on a case-by-case basis for those who demonstrate financial hardship.

**Please be advised that services are covered by most extended health benefit plans under Registered Psychotherapy.  Consulting your provider is advised to ensure service coverage.

Important Information

• This practice does not direct bill to insurance.
• Payment is required prior to or immediately following each appointment.
• Payment options are either by e-transfer or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we require twenty-four hours notice for any cancellations except in the case of emergencies. You will be charged a fee for any missed appointments/ late cancellations and will be asked to pay this fee prior to booking another therapy session.
