About us

We are a group of Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) with diverse specialties desiring to bring mental health, wellness, growth and healing to clients we have the privilege of counselling.   

We offer Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy, and we are pleased to offer the option to have counselling sessions in-person, teletherapy (by phone), and  a secure online video option throughout Ontario.  Both of our remote options are compliant with Ontario’s Privacy Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our secure and easy to use video platform allows our counsellors to provide counselling sessions to clients across the province.

Karen Bryan, Founder

MDiv, MFT, RP, DCP (In Progress)
Registered Psychotherapist

I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and provide counseling services and consultation through my private practice. I have a Master of Divinity in Marriage and Family Therapy from Tyndale University and currently working on a Doctoral degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Yorkville University.

My 15 + years of experience in the field has enabled me to treat a variety of mood and personality disorders ranging from: overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, and depression, to panic, obsessive-compulsive and bipolar disorders, abuse recovery, as well as PTSD. My current practice caters to a variety of ethnicities and cultures and delivers spiritual-integrated counselling when requested.

Approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT) Positive Psychology, and Structural Family Therapy.

Deena Aziz

Registered Psychotherapist

I have a MA in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University.   I work with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples.  My end goal is to provide each client with sufficient coping strategies to become her/his own therapist.

I have a MA in Counselling Psychology. I use a strength-based focus to help clients identify and embrace their strengths I work with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and with couples requiring pre-marital and marriage counselling.
